Shipping and Returns Policy
The Tool Store Delivers product everywhere within Australia.
The Tool Store strives to ensure a minimal cost is incurred for shipping and handling for all of our customers. To do this, we use software to ensure the consumer receives a real time quote for shipping.
The Tool Store holds the rights to change the freight and handling costs at anytime if the final shipping costs drastically vary from the original quote. We will notify the buyer of any issues prior to dispatching.
The Tool Store aims to deliver all products in the indicated shipping time. Delays may occur if the ordered products are not in Stock and we will always endeavor to notify you of any unreasonable delays.
Please note: Goods over 20 kg cannot be sent to a PO Box.
All goods are required to be inspected for damage by the purchaser upon delivery before signing to confirm receipt. If damage It is the Buyers responsibilities to inspect all purchased goods on delivery.
The seller must be notified within three (3) days of delivery receipt should a defect, shortage in supply, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote be evident.
If the Buyer fails to comply with these provisions, the goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage.
In the case of the incorrect goods being purchased there will be a 10% restocking fee and the return shipping and handling costs are to be paid by the purchaser unless otherwise negotiated with the seller.
